Jeff Speaking

From The President:

The roof replacement will start April 6th , and continue for the next few weeks. For everyone's safety we ask that you be aware of the trucks and equipment that Paragon will be using during this roof replacement. The middle building will be the first to roof replaced due to the ease of moving the equipment around the building. The  canal side and bayside building will follow in that order. The roofers will cover many areas with tarps and a magnet will be used to scan the area everyday. The next part of the renovation will take a large sum of money and will start as funds allow. Watch here for updates.
The pool repair will begin in by the middle of April. The pool needs to be replastered  and retiled. The whole project will take approximately two weeks. There will be arrangements made to use another pool, please check with Defender about the arrangements.
On behalf of the entire Board , I thank you for your support and patience during this project.Thank you.
